Grand Theft Auto IV follows the story of Niko Bellic, an illegal immigrant and veteran of the Bosnian War. After persuasion from his cousin Roman, who immigrated to America years prior to the game’s opening, Niko leaves Eastern Europe[19] to come to Liberty City, where he hopes to forget his criminal past and pursue the American Dream. After his arrival, however, Niko quickly learns that Roman’s tales of riches and luxury were lies concealing Roman’s struggles with debt and gangsters. How to install

1.download Freerac :-click here

2.Extract arc. in the main folder

3.Move the extracted folder to the desktop (Important)

4.Open pc folder and run Globe Converter.exe

evolution of the conversion work :

1st . a temp file and a rar file called workedfolders will show up
2nd . wait between 50 to 60 minutes to the conversion be maded
3rd . the sign that the file is ready is when the dll files and
the converted files disappear leaving 3 complete new folders :
anim , data and models

HOW TO GET FULLSCREEN

Find txt file in GTA IV folder with the gta icon on it, called “commandline.txt”
Open it and change “-windowed” to “-fullscreen”.
